JP&S Tech is a one-person IT shop, and I’m that person. When you work with JP&S Tech, you work with me: no call center, no ticket queue, no rotating techs who’ve never seen your setup.
I’ve been taking computers apart and figuring out how they work since I was a kid. My first jobs were in retail, and while everyone else saw shelves and registers, I saw the systems behind them: the POS terminals, the phones, the wireless network, the scanners tracking inventory. I wanted to understand all of it, so I taught myself.
The moment I knew this was my path came when a friend’s register went down mid-business day. He was losing sales and couldn’t get answers from the software company. I dug in, found the problem, and had him running again before their support team ever called back.
I started JP&S Tech in 2024 after seeing too many small businesses pay big-company prices for basic support. My goal is simple: real IT help at a fair price, from someone who actually knows your business.
