Payments

After service is completed, you’ll receive an invoice with a secure payment link processed through Square. Payment links are issued for the full amount owed on the invoice unless a partial payment is arranged in advance.

All card payments are handled by Square and are subject to Square’s terms. JP&S Tech does not store your payment card details.

Software Purchases

All software products listed for sale on this website are sold exclusively through our eBay store. Clicking a link to our eBay store takes you to eBay’s platform, and all purchases made there are subject to eBay’s own Terms of Service, Buyer Protection policies, and payment processing.

After purchase, you’ll receive a direct download link for your software, unless you request a physical copy (CD or USB drive) before placing your order.

Software licensing

Software purchased from JP&S Tech is licensed for use by the purchaser only. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, modify, or share the software without express written permission from JP&S Tech.

Proprietary software

Some software shown on this website was developed exclusively for specific business clients. These products are showcased as examples of our work and are not available for public purchase.

Refunds

Because software is delivered digitally, all sales are final unless the product is defective or doesn’t work as described. If you have an issue, contact us and we’ll work with you to fix it. Refund requests for eBay purchases are handled according to eBay’s return and refund policies.
